Mr. Smith has a 14 year background in tower construction management, business management, project management and cellular network deployment. He has worked with and led project teams for one of the largest turnkey wireless service providers for AT&T Wireless in the United States. His tenure with MasTec Network Solutions includes wireless network tower builds in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. region, and the Illinois/Wisconsin region (which includes portions of Missouri). His expertise and experience there led him to a Senior Directors role for the NC/SC market. Upon the launch of LTE, ETTCS, NSB and Overlay projects in that region, Mr. Smith founded Blue Ridge Towers, Inc.
